Services Description
SoftBridge Labs provides digital development and technology services including but not limited to:
Web application development (OctoberCMS, WordPress, Framer)
Progressive Web Applications (PWAs)
Native and hybrid mobile application development
eCommerce marketplace development (Brilliant Directories, HivePress)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Custom software development
Website design and digital consulting
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and pricing will be defined in a separate Service Agreement, Proposal, or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon between SoftBridge Labs and the client.
Any changes to project scope must follow a formal change request process, which may affect project timelines and pricing.
We may use third-party tools, frameworks, APIs, and integrations where necessary to deliver the project.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or Statement of Work.
Typical terms include:
Payments may be milestone-based or fixed-price, depending on the project structure.
Invoices must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may be subject to 1.5% monthly interest or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, online payment gateways, or other agreed payment methods.
Applicable taxes may be added where required.
Refunds are only provided under pre-agreed conditions, such as project cancellation before work begins or specific non-delivery circumstances defined in the contract.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of all project invoices:
The client will receive ownership rights to the final delivered work, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
SoftBridge Labs retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, libraries, and development methodologies used in the project.
These components are provided to the client under a license for use within the project.
Client-provided materials such as logos, text, images, or documents remain the property of the client and will only be used for project purposes.
Final source code, design files, and project assets may be transferred to the client upon completion and final payment.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients agree to:
Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback
Make payments according to agreed milestones
Participate in project testing, review, and approval stages
Provide necessary content, access credentials, or resources required for development
Delays caused by missing client input or approvals may result in adjustments to project timelines or additional charges.
Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support services after project completion are not included unless specified in a separate agreement.
Warranties and Service Disclaimer
SoftBridge Labs warrants that services will be performed in a professional and commercially reasonable manner.
We provide a 3-month bug-fix warranty for issues directly related to the delivered development work.
However, we do not guarantee:
Continuous or uninterrupted website uptime
Performance of third-party services or integrations
Results from external platforms such as search engines or advertising platforms
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftBridge Labs will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the total project fees paid by the client.
Force Majeure
SoftBridge Labs will not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Internet or infrastructure outages
Government actions
Cybersecurity incidents
Third-party service disruptions
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement by providing 30 days written notice.
Immediate termination may occur if either party commits a material breach of the agreement.
Upon termination:
Completed and paid work will be delivered to the client
Work completed but unpaid may be withheld until payment is received
Payments made for completed work are non-refundable
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiations.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be resolved through arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan will have exclusive jurisdiction over legal matters related to these Terms.
Website Usage Rules
Users of this website agree that they will not:
Copy, distribute, or misuse website content without permission
Submit spam or malicious content through forms
Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
